This aether theory does not completely deny the conclusions of the theory of relativity (SR and GR), but it does not accept its concepts and some conclusions for the following reasons:
- The concepts of an integer spatial dimensionality, as well as combining of the heterogeneous parameters (the space coordinates and the time) into a single vector, are contrary to the concepts of physical vector and spatial dimensionality.
- The time conversion does not match the time definition.
- The length dependence of a reference frame is contrary to the common sense and to the concept of physical space, which can be deformed only independently of a reference frame.
- The invariance of the light speed in each reference frame is opposite to the aether model, and it is not convincingly proven.
- The relativistic effects have the alternative explanations.
